- ➤ El Paso Water reported last week that a 36-inch water main break drained 15 million gallons from reservoirs in Northeast El Paso. - ➤ TxDOT has announced two long-awaited road improvements for the westside: the Thorn Bridge will open Friday late afternoon and the eastbound Mesa exit will reopen Sunday to offer drivers an earlier access point. KFOX14
