- ➤ The Pizza Joint plans to open a new East Side location at the corner of the Emerald Park Plaza, 13034 Eastlake Blvd in about three to four weeks. The restaurant, housed in the former Toro Burger, will offer patio seating and its signature big slices. El Paso Times
