  • The City of El Paso held an open house Saturday at Chamizal Community Center to ask for public input on its Comprehensive Bike Plan, which has added over 1,000 miles of cycling facilities in the past decade, and officials are considering future changes to improve safety and reduce auto emissions.  KVIA
