- ➤ On April 10, Troopers chased a white Equinox that ran away on I-10 East near Vinton and left it in a desert area by Canutillo Elementary School, which led to lockdowns at Lone Star, Canutillo, and Alderete schools while officers recovered an inmate ID linking the vehicle to suspected gang member Esteban Acosta who faces charges for evading arrest and is considered armed and dangerous - residents should call 915-849-4000 with any tips.
