- ➤ The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office—leading the investigation—examined an early Sunday death at the Petro Travel Center at 1295 Horizon Boulevard in East El Paso after officers found signs of a fight and an 18 year old man was hit by a fleeing vehicle and later pronounced dead at the hospital.
