- ➤ I-10 eastbound remains closed until 3 a.m. Monday as TxDOT widens the highway — a $110 million project that began at 3 a.m. Saturday — on the stretch between Anthony and Los Mochis Drive. State police guide drivers away from Exit 404 during the work. El Paso Times
