- ➤ Yesterday, the 35th annual Stamp Out Hunger event united local volunteers & letter carriers at 10 post office locations to collect food donations for the El Pasoans Fighting Hunger Food Bank and support neighbors facing food insecurity. KFOX14
- ➤ Residents in Montana Vista voiced concerns at a Saturday meeting about the proposed Pecos West high-voltage line that may affect their land. Developers from Grid United said the project is in early planning and construction would only begin after regulatory approvals + land agreements. KFOX14
- ➤ USAA has launched a $1.45 million initiative to boost childcare support for military families in El Paso. The program will offer free two-hour drop-in care and paid fellowships in early education at Fort Bliss later this summer (designed to help military spouses find work). KVIA
