- ➤ Veteran Orlando Romero, who once battled PTSD and agoraphobia, will walk the UTEP commencement stage on Saturday and Sunday as he earns his master’s in clinical rehabilitation counseling and prepares to help transition-age youth with disabilities. - ➤ Texas Parks and Wildlife finalized a purchase of 1,054 acres that expands Franklin Mountains State Park’s buffer to Martin Luther King Boulevard today.
