- ➤ Pride Month returns to El Paso this June with free events today at Ardovino’s Desert Crossing and the El Paso Museum of Art. - ➤ El Paso ISD postponed its board vote on declaring financial exigency and cutting up to 410 jobs until June 4 at 5 p.m. at the district Administration Building to allow more community input in closing a $42 million budget gap. El Paso Matters
- ➤ EPISD will vote Tuesday, June 2 at 8:00 a.m. on a measure that may cut 410 jobs as administrators address a $52.8 million budget shortfall at the EPISD Administration Building (1014 North Stanton St.), a move supported by Superintendent Brian Lusk that could reduce costs by $28 million.
