- ➤ On June 2 at 8 a.m., Border Patrol agents in Lower Valley tracked a suspected smuggler with a CBP helicopter for nearly 30 minutes — leading to his arrest after he tried to flee on foot, as he allegedly transported undocumented migrants. El Paso Times
- ➤ El Paso County Sheriff’s Office on June 4 arrested 17 individuals with outstanding warrants—local constables joined the operation, and Sheriff Ugarte said the effort is part of ongoing actions to reduce criminal activity. KTSM
