- ➤ Three federal agencies are chasing fugitive Tren de Aragua leader Giovanni Vicente Mosquera Serrano for his alleged role in drug trafficking, money laundering, and terrorism-related crimes — the FBI has added him to its Ten Most Wanted list while the Treasury Department warns banks to avoid doing business with him and the State Department offers a $3 million reward for his capture. - ➤ Residents in Northeast El Paso woke up today to severe flooding after heavy rains left streets, cars, and homes partially underwater near the intersection of Palomino and Laramie — locals reported recurring drainage blockages that made cleanup difficult. - ➤ Officials from the El Paso County Attorney’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services launched a year-long campaign to recruit foster and adoptive families after noting that 230 children were in care and nearly half were placed outside the county. The operation will include dedicated DWI units and multiple partnering agencies across El Paso County—El Paso, Socorro, Horizon City, Anthony, and Clint—to remind drivers that offenders may face fines, license suspensions, or jail time.
