- ➤ El Paso Congresswoman Veronica Escobar introduced a bill on June 30 that would let law enforcement prosecute mass shootings as acts of terrorism—she and Congressman Seth Moulton explained that the law would enable tougher investigations of terrorist networks and related crimes.
