- ➤ The Mexican Consulate held a remembrance ceremony Friday morning for the Walmart shooting victims at Cielo Vista Walmart—Patrick Crusius killed 23 people and injured more than 20 others on August 3, 2019, and he pleaded guilty to state and federal charges, receiving multiple life sentences. - ➤ Anthony ISD improved school features during its first week back by installing new theater lights, a camera surveillance system, and air conditioning at Anthony High School.
