- ➤ The MountainStar Sports Group Amigo Airsho will host a Special Aviation Experience at War Eagles Air Museum in Santa Teresa today from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.—ticket holders for the canceled 2025 Airsho are invited to join free of charge. KVIA
- ➤ Amigo Airsho was cancelled after expecting over 60,000 attendees, but many vendors and performers stayed in El Paso to keep the aviation spirit alive. They are hosting a free special aviation experience today at the War Eagles Air Museum — from 12 to 4 p.m. at 8012 Airport Rd in Santa Teresa. KVIA
- ➤ Antonia 'Toñita' Morales — a longtime opponent of the city’s plan to build an arena in the Duranguito neighborhood — died at 97, with friends noting she fought to keep her home since moving in in 1965. She became the last resident during a legal battle that reached the state Supreme Court and was recognized as a Border Hero for her civic work. KVIA

- ➤ Hundreds joined the annual NAMIWalks El Paso event at Ascarate Park’s Pavilion and Festival Area on Saturday morning to raise awareness for mental health and reduce stigma—over a thousand participants including families, advocates, local leaders, and pets walked to support those facing mental health challenges and connect them with available help.
