Four changes start this December and most major adjustments will not take effect until the 2027-2028 school year — officials say this new approach will help shift longstanding testing practices. - ➤ UTEP approved a $108M student housing complex to add 1,500 on-campus beds and ease a four-year trend of full enrollment, with the project set to open in 2028 on the north side of Kidd Field. The project is financed through the Revenue Financing System and includes a $5M matching grant from the Paul L.
