- ➤ The Mexican rock band Caifanes will perform at the Plaza Theatre in El Paso on April 9 at 8:30 p.m.—tickets are now available. The band, formed in 1986, plans to bring its classic rock sound to the local stage. KFOX14
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Sun Metro officials announced a redesign of El Paso’s bus network that will shorten weekday trips from 72 to 58 minutes and improve frequency while staying within the same budget. The Mass Transit Board approved the plan in November and the rollout is delayed until June to avoid school-year disruptions+ almost all riders will benefit. KVIA

- ➤ An 87-year-old woman living with her only daughter in El Paso struggles with recurring cancer and needs incontinence supplies while her family manages on limited income.
