- ➤ Members of the Far West Texas Patriot Guard Riders escorted trucks with holiday wreaths to Fort Bliss Cemetery today, where organizers placed them on veterans' graves to honor service sacrifices. KVIA
- ➤ A 63-year-old man in 79907 needs essential home repairs, including fixing his roof and replacing his damaged front door frame to allow safe wheelchair access. The Senior Fund, managed by the Rio Grande Area Agency on Aging plus Paso del Norte Community Foundation, seeks donations to help him maintain independence. El Paso Times

- ➤ Judges overseeing El Paso Electric’s rate case recommended keeping the customer charge at $9.25 (instead of $13.71) and lowering the shareholder profit margin to 9.4%, which may reduce the proposed $22 monthly increase. The Public Utility Commission will deliver a final decision in February. KVIA
