  • Fred Loya Christmas Lights returns for its 20th season with free treats and scheduled shows at 6, 7 and 8 p.m. today at 12001 Paseo de Oro Lane in Far East El Paso.   • EPISD students are showcasing local landmarks in the 35th Annual Holiday Card Contest this season.
