- ➤ The City is hosting a community tree planting event as part of the 915 Tree Keepers Program this Saturday at Tierra Vista Park, Spanish Castle Park, and E.L. Williams Park. - ➤ The El Paso City Council adopted the Chihuahuan Desert Climate Action Plan Tuesday — a community-informed roadmap that outlines a Cool Roof Program, energy management initiatives, and a new policy framework guiding data center growth. KVIA
- ➤ IQAir’s report showed that El Paso ranked among the top 10 most polluted U.S. major cities in 2024, with an average PM2.5 of 7.8 micrograms per cubic meter.
